There has been an economic boom these last 2 years. There are 6 million new jobs. Unemployment is lower now than over half a century. 157 million people are working. Regulations have been cut and companies are returning to the U.S. We are now the number one producer of oil and gas, and our military is the most powerful on earth. We are taking care of our veterans. The state of the union is strong.
Trump voiced the need for bipartisan action in securing our southern border. Drug cartels must be put out of business, and caravans coming from Central America must be halted. Gangs like MS-13 must be destroyed. Illegal aliens kill Americans. We must continue to support ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement).
President Trump promised to build the Wall, a steel barrier, in places with the greatest need. Walls have worked in San Diego and El Paso. Walls save lives. Let's make America safe. USA USA USA USA!
Bad trade policies have been reversed. The USMCA United States-Mexico-Canada agreement has replaced NAFTA. Tariffs have been imposed on Chinese goods to protect American jobs. We need to bring back our manufacturing jobs to rebuild our infrastructure. We need to lower the cost of health care and to fight cancer. Congress needs to pass legislation that will stop late-term abortions. We must cherish life! All children, born and unborn, are created by God.
When it comes to foreign policy, NATO is finally paying its share. Trump is withdrawing from the INF treaty (Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces) with Russia and will probably renegotiate it to include China. We want peace on the Korean Peninsula, and Trump touted his good relationship with Kim. They will meet again February 27/28, in Vietnam. Trump asserted that America was founded on the principles of freedom and will never be a socialist country.
We have fought in the Middle East nearly 2 decades and need a new approach. "Great nations do not fight endless wars!" Trump is bringing our troops home from Syria and will seek a political solution in Afghanistan. Iran must never be allowed to have nuclear weapons.
In closing, President Trump asked Congress to look at our opportunities. He said our biggest victories are yet to come. Let's choose greatness! Let's reignite the American imagination. We are one nation under God! God bless America!

1969 was the year. The Apollo 11 crew consisted of 3 men. Neil Armstrong was the commander. Buzz Aldrin was the lunar module pilot. Michael Collins was the command module pilot. The Lunar module was Eagle. The command module was Columbia.
A Saturn V rocked lifted the astronauts off the launchpad. It took 3 days to get to the moon. The astronauts orbited the moon 30 times, focusing on the Sea of Tranquility. Armstrong and Aldrin boarded Eagle, while Collins remained in Columbia. Armstrong searched for a landing spot and after some apprehensive moments, replied, "Houston, Tranquility base here, the Eagle has landed." They were on the moon!
Armstrong and Aldrin walked on the moon, as Collins orbited overhead. Armstrong was the first to step from the lunar module and technically the first man on the moon. A mounted TV camera recorded his descent. There was a plaque reading, "We came in peace for all mankind." Millions watched on TV. Neil uttered his famous quote with or without the "a" and collected a soil sample. 12 minutes later, Buzz climbed down to the moon's surface. Rock samples were collected and after only 21 hours, they started for home. They rendezvoused with Collins on Columbia and splashed down in the Pacific Ocean. There were ticker tape parades in New York, Chicago & Los Angeles.
That iconic picture of Buzz Aldrin was taken by Neil Armstrong. We see Neil reflected in Buzz's visor. The tiny blue dot at the top of Buzz's visor is the reflected earth.
The boot print picture is not Neil's "small step." It is one of Buzz's boot prints taken by Buzz himself.
Neil and Buzz had trouble planting the American flag. The rod at the top did not want to extend, and it made the flag look like it blew in the wind. Of course, there is no atmosphere and no wind on the moon.
